Clients Training in our Team Training Program will get a super effective and efficient workout, designed to help them get Leaner, Stronger, as well as to Move Better and Feel Better.
Clients will use a variety of different Training Methods and Tools to help them to achieve their goals, including Barbells, Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainers, Medicine Balls, Valslides, Ropes, Sleds, Assault Air Bikes, Dumbbells, Bands, Bodyweight Training, and more!

KF Strength AND CONDITIONING
Total Body Strength and Conditioning Workout, and the Cornerstone of the Kalt Fitness Group Metabolic Training Program. Build Muscle and Burn Fat as you challenge yourself through a variety of different movements. Deadlifts, Squats, Lunges, Pushups, Overhead Presses, Rows, Pullup Variations, and more await you in this Results Oriented Workout.
Burn those calories in this High Intensity Metabolic Conditioning Workout! Clients usually call this our most "FUN" workout of the week. Prepare to CRUSH IT on our Assault Air Bikes. Get ready to take yourself to the LIMIT with the Sled. Spend some time with your NEW BEST FRIENDS: Burpees, Medicine Ball Slams, Kettlebell Swings, and Battle Ropes! Get ready to work hard!
