Team Training

Clients of all fitness levels work together in a variety of motivating, fun, and highly effective Training Sessions, in Small Groups of 12 Clients Per Session.  Get Ready for Strength and Conditioning Sessions designed to help you Lose Fat and Get Stronger!

Personal Training

Specified Programming in Sessions with up to 4 other clients per session, Clients in this program receive Specified Programming to help them to achieve their goals.  Each Clients receives his/her own program, which is updated every 4-6 Weeks.  Great if you are recovering from an injury, or just have a history of injury/movement issues that have hampered your progress.

ADAM KALT

Owner, Head Fitness Coach

With nearly 15 years in the Fitness Industry, Adam has worked with clients of various fitness and ability levels to help them to achieve their goals.  Adam believes in a "Movement First" Philosophy, meaning that we want to create Strong Fundamental Movement Patterns for each client, in order to help them progress in an efficient and effective manner.  This enables clients to have both more success in the short term, but more importantly than that, greater success in the long term.

Adam is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as through Functional Movement Systems, Kettlebell Athletics, and Precision Nutrition.
