Small Group Personal Training

Clients of all fitness levels work together in a variety of motivating, fun, and highly effective Training Sessions, in Small Groups of 2-12 Clients Per Session.  Get Ready to Lose Fat and Get Stronger!  WIth our small, focused sessions, our programs are also great if you are recovering from an injury, or just have a history of injury/movement issues that have hampered your progress.

 

Our Small Group Personal Training Sessions consist of (2) Different Types of Workouts in order to give our clients the most balanced, effective, and varied program possible.  

 

Strength and Conditioning

Get Stronger, Get Leaner, Move Better, and Feel Better with our Signature Strength and Conditioning Sessions. You will focus on Fundamental Lifts and Movements that are necessary for that “Lean and Defined Look” that most are after.

 

Metabolic Circuit Training

Get Ready to Turn Up the Volume with our Metabolic Circuit Training Sessions. All of the components needed to Lose Fat and Get Lean are included. Experience a Dynamic, Total Body Workout, with Plenty of Variety.

 

Foundations Program

Our (3) Session Foundations Program is designed for clients who want a bit of extra help with many of the basic movement patterns and exercises that make up a typical Small Group Personal Training Session.  These (3) Sessions are all One on One Sessions with one of our Highly Qualified Fitness Coaches.  Want More Info?  Please contact us directly at adam@kaltfitness.com.

With our Small Group Personal Training Program, we run sessions of 2-12 Clients, meaning that all of our clients can get a Personalized Training Experience.  We believe that we provide the absolute greatest value that you will find anywhere in the South Bay.  Period.

 

Training Programs

Unlimited Session Packages

Automatically billed to your Credit/Debit Card on file each month

3 months - $194/month

6 months - $184/month

12 months - $174/month

 

***3 Month, 6 Month and 12 Month Packages automatically become Month to Month after their initial term, and require a 30 Day Notice to Cancel, either 30 Days before term ends, or once program is Month to Month***

 

Session Packs - 12 Month Expiration Date for each package

10 sessions - $230 ($23/session)

15 sessions - $315 ($21/session)

20 sessions - $380 ($19/session)

30 sessions - $540 ($18/session)

40 sessions - $680 ($17/session)

50 sessions - $800 ($16/session)

Alexis Cedillo

Fitness Coach

Alexis brings with her an extensive fitness background of over 10 years working with a variety of clients, which gives her a multi-dimensional insight into fitness, body mechanics, and understanding her clients' potential.  Alexis understands that we are all a little bit different - some of us move better than others - some of us have a more expansive training background than others - and in understanding that, Alexis knows how to empower you in your weaker moments, and how to push you when it's time to take things to the next level.

Jonathan martinez

Fitness Coach

Jon is incredibly passionate about helping his clients to unlock their fitness potential.  Jon brings a ton of experience with Circuit Training and Metabolic Conditioning to the table, to help clients get in phenomenal shape.  In addition to all of that, Jon is incredibly proficient with Barbell Work and Lifting Techniques, which enables him to help his clients dial in specifically to the many nuances of Strength Training, that may otherwise go unnoticed.  Jon will help you to get stronger, to gain lean muscle, and to realize just how much you are capable of!

Fitness Coach

Sherrae is passionate about fitness, wellness, and wholeness. She doesn't just want to make sure you get to your goals, but you get there the right way and have a good time doing it. Sherrae has trained everyone from kids, to older adults, to athletes, and knows how to make any workout perfect you. After training in both big box gyms and training gyms, Sherrae has seen every bump in the road and can get you over it. Sherrae wants you to not only succeed, but to transform!

Owner/Fitness Coach

With nearly 15 years in the Fitness Industry, Adam has worked with clients of various fitness and ability levels to help them to achieve their goals.  Adam has been operating Kalt Fitness for 10 Years, and in that time has worked with countless individuals in the South Bay who have joined Kalt Fitness to achieve things they never thought possible.  Adam believes in a "Movement First" Philosophy, meaning that we want to create Strong Fundamental Movement Patterns for each client, in order to help them progress in an efficient and effective manner.  This enables clients to have both more success in the short term, but more importantly than that, greater success in the long term.
