Group Metabolic Training

Clients of all fitness levels work together in a variety of motivating, fun, and highly effective Training Sessions, capped at no more than 15 Clients Per Session.  Strength Sessions, Conditioning Sessions, and Core Focused Sessions are all designed to take you to your goals!

SEMI-Private Training

Capped at just 4 clients per session, Clients in this program receive Detailed Movement Screens and Specified Programming to help them to achieve their goals.  Each Clients receives his/her own program, which is updated every 4-6 Weeks.  Individualized Coaching is the name of the game here.

Personal Training

Just what the name says.  1-1 with a Fitness Coach.  These sessions are all about you and your goals.  Together, we can achieve anything!

Nutrition Coaching

Our revolutionary Nutrition/Habit Building Program, which is powered by PN Coaching, is available to all clients at Kalt Fitness, as an optional add on to their Training Program.  For clients in our Semi-Private and One-on-One Programs it is included at no additional charge.

PRE/POST NATAL TRAINING

Are you an expectant mother, looking to stay active and fit during your Pregnancy?  Or, have you recently given birth, and are looking to get in a Safe and Effective Training Program to help you to Feel Strong and Fit?  Perhaps you are interested in Training both during your Pregnancy and after giving Birth?  In all of the above scenarios, as a Pre/Post Natal Certified Trainer, it would be awesome to be able to work with you!

Group Metabolic Training:

New Clients: First 3 Sessions FREE

Interested in the Group Metabolic Training Program?  Once you sign up for your 3 Free Sessions, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to set up your FREE Success Session. Preferrably, this will be done in person at Kalt Fitness.  If you are unable to schedule a time to meet, we will set up a phone consultation, prior to you beginning our training program.  This so we can get to know you, your goals, your injury and exercise history, and so that we can explain the philosophy of Kalt Fitness, and what we hope to accomplish with you in our Group Metabolic Training Program.  All you need to do is email us at adam@kaltfitness.com, and we will get you set up!

 

Semi-Private Training and One on One Personal Training

FREE Functional Movement Screen and Success Session

Interested in either Semi-Private Training or One on One Personal Training?  This is a great way learn more about my approach to training and how specifically we would work to achieve your goals.  We will start off by going through the Functional Movement Screen, and we will also talk about your current goals, as well as your previous injuries and/or exercise history.  Then, based on your movement screen, your current nutritional habits, and what you are looking to accomplish, I will outline for you a strategy to help you to achieve your goals.  All you need to do is email us at adam@kaltfitness.com, and we will get you set up!

ADAM KALT

Owner, Head Fitness Coach

With nearly 15 years in the Fitness Industry, Adam has worked with clients of various fitness and ability levels to help them to achieve their goals.  Adam believes in a "Movement First" Philosophy, meaning that we want to create Strong Fundamental Movement Patterns for each client, in order to help them progress in an efficient and effective manner.  This enables clients to have both more success in the short term, but more importantly than that, greater success in the long term.

Adam is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as through Functional Movement Systems, Kettlebell Athletics, and Precision Nutrition.

TIFFANIE TOLSMA

Fitness Coach

Tiffanie Tolsma is a certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and healthy living.  “I’ve always been active and nutritionally minded, but understand that the ‘busy-ness’ of life can wreak havoc on overall health.  That’s why it is important to give my clients realistic tools to help them achieve all of their fitness goals.”

Having a firm foundation is essential for improving overall health, preventing injury, and enhancing everyday life.   Instruction in proper technique and training is vital to maximizing strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination and balance.  

Tiffanie understands first-hand the commitment it takes to losing weight.  

“My journey to becoming healthy began in August, 2011. It was a stressful time in my life personally.  I knew that my weight had gotten out of hand when the only jeans I could wear were a pair I had purchased while I was pregnant – 10 years earlier!  I finally decided to face the scale to see exactly where I was at.  To my shock, I was just six pounds shy of what I weighed when I walked into the hospital to deliver my son!  Something had to change or I would be headed down the same path as my family (parents, sister & brother) – struggling with morbid obesity, high blood pressure, Type-2 diabetes, etc.  BCBA offered a boot camp three evenings a week.  I was a bit intimidated at first because it was the most intense workout I had ever done!  My body didn’t change right away, but I was determined to stick with it.  Slowly, I began seeing results – not necessarily on the scale in the beginning, but in the way my clothes fit and how much energy I had.  I also learned about properly fueling my body and bringing everything into balance.  In six months, I had lost 40 pounds.  I continue to maintain my goal weight today!”
